  1. Completed & signed application form
  2. Both old and new passport in original Passport valid for at least another six months from the intended date of entry into Taiwan with minimum 2 blank page
  3. Two white background color passport size photos
  4. Covering letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of visitor and the intended duration of stay
  5. Tentative travel itinerary
  6. Confirmed hotel booking in Taiwan
  7. Personal bank statements for last 3 months with Bank seal & Signature
  8. Bank account holding letter
  9. Occupation proof ( If employee pls provide Last 3 month payslips, Employee ID card & Employment letter. if Business peoples provide Gst, incorop, etc..,)
  10. ITR last 3 years.
  11. Confirmed round trip air tickets
  12. Day to Day Itinerary
    Pan Card copy and Aadhar card copy

Consulate may ask additional documents during processing

TAIWAN BUSINESS CHECKLIST

FROM APPLICANT,

  1. Original – Old and New Passport with more than 6 months validity,
  2. Recently taken 2 passport size photo,
  3. Employee id card & Employment letter with Leave Approval,
  4. Last 3 Month salary slip,
  5. Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) of last 3 years,
  6. Bank Letter with bank seal and sign,
  7. Recent Bank Statement of last 3 months till current month with significant balance and bank seal and sign,
  8. Confirmed round-trip air tickets and hotel booking in Taiwan,
  9. Day to Day business itinerary,
  10. Personal covering letter,
  11. Pan card and aadhar card,
  12. In case of ownership – 3 year company Income Tax Return, Company registration copy.
  13. Other additional documents may be required during processing

FROM INDIAN COMPANY,

  1. Company covering letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of visitor, and the intended duration of stay,
  2. Company registration certificate,
  3. Company Recent Bank Statement of last 3 months till current month with bank seal and sign
  4. Last 3 year company Income Tax Return (ITR),

FROM TAIWAN (INVITE)

  1. Invitation letter issued from Taiwan,
  2. Details of the contact person in Taiwan (name, address, telephone number)
  3. Business Registration of Inviting Taiwan Company,
  4. Guarantee Letter from Inviting Company.
